pA Principal Jason Thorne in Ontario Planning Journal

The Fall 2012 edition of the Ontario Planning Journal features a column by pA Principal Jason Thorne on the Province’s review of the population and employment forecasts in the Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe.  A former manager at the Ontario Growth Secretariat, and one of the architects of the Growth Plan when it was first developed, Jason’s article looks at the scope of the current review and how the outcomes of the review may lead to a future Growth Plan amendment. The article is available here.
