pA presents on Newmarket Urban Centres Secondary Plan

In October, Jason Thorne, Shonda Wang and Sindu Sivayogam of planningAlliance will present Phase 2 – Draft Concept for the Newmarket Urban Centres Secondary Plan. Over the course of the month, the team will be engaging the public and stakeholders on several elements of the Draft Concept including: land use, density and height, parks and open space, and servicing and transportation (transit, vehicular and active). The feedback received during these sessions will aid pA in further refining the Draft Concept for integration into a Directions Report to be completed late in 2012.
