PLANNING + DESIGN — We prepare physical plans for regions, cities, towns, First Nations communities and neighbourhoods, as well as campuses and sites. We also undertake urban, architectural, housing, landscape, streetscape and infrastructure design.
POLICY DEVELOPMENT — We prepare zoning by-laws, municipal development plans, local official plans, secondary plans and urban design guidelines, and other public policy documents for local, state/provincial and national governments.
CONSULTATION + ENGAGEMENT — We work closely with stakeholders, Aboriginal groups and the general public throughout our projects to deepen our understanding of existing conditions, solicit creative input, negotiate solutions to key issues, and build public and funder support.
RESEARCH — We lead research on a wide range of land use, design, and public policy issues for government and nongovernment clients.
