Cities + Towns

Working on a community scale, we have broad experience helping cities, towns, and municipalities set forth implementable policies that will allow the achievement of the vision for growth. Taking into account a variety of influencing factors from various stakeholders makes planning at this scale challenging and rewarding. We have successfully performed this task in urban, rural, First Nation, northern and international settings at various different community scales. In the course of our experience, we develop zoning bylaws, municipal development plans, and local official plans.
