We create comprehensive neighbourhood plans on behalf of both private land developers and municipalities. Our work has variety which includes both greenfield and infill development opportunities at the neighbourhood scale. Our work takes into account a many different types of land uses, transportation consideration, utility requirements and social interests while involving appropriate stakeholders, and the public. This holistic approach ensures that completed neighbourhood plans will be effective is providing direction to development.
