Gibby Davis is a Planner and a Planning Technician with pA and has 6 years of planning experience in Western Canada. Through his experience Gibby has worked on the creation, review and implementation of a variety of projects from technical land use regulations to high level strategic planning documents. As a municipal planner, Gibby developed his strong interpersonal and public facilitation skills to create innovative and forward-thinking documents in both urban and rural environments. Working in a team, Gibby has been instrumental in the creation of the Comprehensive Regional Infrastructure Sustainability Plan for the Cold Lake Oil Sands, as well as Official Community Plans and Zoning Bylaws for the City of Thompson, RM of Corman Park and the North of Divide Community Association. In addition to his planning skills, Gibby also brings a sound technical background that allows him to integrate planning concepts seamlessly into artistic and easy to understand printed materials. His technical skills have been used extensively on many projects including the City of Regional Official Community Plan, City of Thompson Zoning By-law and Sabodala Regional Development Strategy.
