
Natasha Kuperman
Natasha joined the firm as an Urban Designer with four years of experience in architecture, planning and the real estate investment industry. As Director of Acquisitions and Land Development, Natasha grew the Macro Properties portfolio through the acquisition of 2000 acres, cumulative, of undeveloped land parcels. Managing a residential and mixed-use subdivision from acquisition through plan of subdivision approval and earthworks, the overall focus was innovative phasing to accommodate residential and retail growth over the next 10 years. Working in both the real estate sector and as a consultant, she has spearheaded initiatives in sustainable development, creating implementation strategies supported by community engagement and design guidelines. With the architecture team at Stantec, she worked for local and foreign investors on plans for many buildings and land parcels across Saskatchewan. With pA, Natasha is working to streamline the process of delivering detailed plans of subdivision and streetscape proposals, as well as architectural projects for the public and private sector.
