
Paul Kulig
Paul is a Principal at regionalArchitects and affiliated firms planningAlliance and rePlan with over a dozen years’ experience in the design and construction of affordable housing, transportation hubs, mixed-use buildings and urban landscapes across Ontario. He leads the firm’s public housing projects group, bringing a particular focus to the space between architecture, landscape architecture and urban design. As an Architect and Urban Designer, Paul has experience working for a broad range of institutional, municipal and non-profit clients; his most recent work includes the Bloor Street Transformation, the Kipling Mobility Hub and a new home for the YWCA of Toronto. Past experience includes work for the Evangel Hall Mission, Woodgreen Community Services Housing Division, the Bloor Street BIA, Four Seasons Hotels, and Upper Canada College. Paul brings his practical experience in construction, including Contract Administration on over a dozen projects, to bear on all planning and design exercises.
