Petra joined planningAlliance and its sister practices regionalArchitects and rePlan in January 2010. She has over ten years of experience in human and organizational development and management in the finance, professional services and consulting sectors. Petra is passionate about her craft, and leads the People Place function with a mandate to support, guide and serve all employees in the process of co-creating a thriving an empowering culture.

Petra holds the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation and has BA (Honours) in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Toronto. In addition, she has completed professional training in organizational development, coaching and facilitation.
