Sam is a Civil Engineer with 24 years of experience managing resettlement and infrastructure development projects in the mining, transportation, water, building, and municipal services sectors in Africa, the United Kingdom and Canada. His project management experience includes feasibility studies, preparation of designs and contract documentation, construction supervision, and contract administration. One of Sam’s specializations is the identification of various stakeholders (e.g., funding agencies, governments, end-users, affected people and the private sector), and the integration of their requirements into the planning, design, implementation, operation and maintenance of development projects.
